At your next yoga class with me, please ask me about getting your Keep Up Club Card. This is a card that you will take with you and use to record your initials every time you do a home yoga practice. Each initialed space on the card awards you one Keep Up Club Point.
After 40 spaces have been initialed on your card,

This does apply to Prenatal and Parent-Child Yoga, as well as regular yoga class participants.
The Keep Up Club awards points apply to any student who attends a class or workshop with Shannon Cowan and who completes their home practice of 40 sessions with honesty and integrity, and who records this on their Keep Up Club Card(s).
The 40 sessions need not occur at a specific time. This program will conclude on December 31, 2012 and the Discount Benefits Vouchers must be used by January 31, 2013.
If you need printouts of yoga kriyas or meditations that we do in class, please ask me in advance and I’ll bring them to you for home practice. If you wish to access them online – please send me an email and I can direct you to free Kundalini Yoga online resources.
