Baby Brain

Twenty five years of thorough research and studies in the field of prenatal psychology show undoubtedly a direct correlation between the way we were born and the subconscious behavioral and emotional patterns in our adult lives. This is due to the mechanism called “limbic imprint”. (see http://www.birthintobeing.com)

As adults, we discover some of the impact of the earliest imprints on our limbic system in our brains….what brings us the most comfort and relaxation? In what circumstances are we re-living our emotional and thinking and action patterns?

Some researchers claim that as a species, humans come into the world expecting and knowing Love….and that when Love is our foundational limbic experience, it is imprinted for this lifetime.

The shock of gravity upon leaving the womb reportedly influences development in infant brains….

Some say birthing underwater may relieve or eliminate the influence of this shock at birth.
